Trumpeter swans, like the ones on my lake, are massive birds, being the heftiest bird to take the skies in North America and can fly up to 60 miles per hour.
Swans form the legendary heart ❤️ symbol with their necks while performing their mating ritual. They will face each other, fluff up their feathers, lift their wings, and then bow their head and necks creating romantic pose and forming the much adored heart shape. Romantic looking absolutely romantic sounding, well not so much, there are quite noisy.

Swan Song Fact or Fiction - It is a myth, per ritual above, that swans only
sing when dying, the popular “swan’s song” is a based only on poetic license.
The trumpeter swans here in North America actually have a coiled windpipe and
