Purple Poetry – This is a bouquet of pansies, sweet peas,
larkspur that are laying on petunias and ferns.

Purple is the most powerful visible wavelength of electromagnetic energy. It’s just a few steps away from x-rays and gamma rays. Perhaps this explains why purple is associated with supernatural energy and the cosmos than with the physical world as we know it. 

The flower symbolism associated with the pansy is merriment
and you occupy my thoughts. The pansy is also considered a flower of remembrance, togetherness and union. Pansies help evoke fond memories of our loved ones. It is believed if a pansy is placed over someone’s eyes while sleeping, upon waking that person will fall in love with the first person to appear.   

The sweet pea flower is associated with delicate pleasure, blissful pleasure, departure, goodbye, thank you for the lovely time and adieu.

Larkspur symbolizes carefree summer days, feeling lighthearted, and just having fun! 

Petunias express your desire to spend time with someone
because you find their company soothing and peaceful.

Ferns symbolize sincerity towards others. It can also be a
symbol of magic, fascination, confidence, shelter, discretion, reverie and a secret bond of love.  Ferns are prehistoric living before the age of the dinosaurs!
