Fringe Benefits – This is a red fringed Gerber daisy. When I found this daisy at our local garden center I knew I had to create a design with it! A Daisy symbolizes innocence and purity. It also represents new beginnings, loyal love and “I will never tell”. The color red presents a paradox as it embodies passion, desire and seduction. The color red also signifies romance, love, excitement and youth. I imagine the daisy extenuates the virtue of love! Symmetry is another manifestation of the balance of Yin and Yang, of the unimpeded flow of ch'i.
